Dental -- Non-Union Employees

Union Pacific provides dental coverage for employees and their families. Preventive care is covered 100 percent, with no deductible. The plan also covers restorative work, prosthetics and oral surgery.

Coverage is free to employees, and family premiums may be paid through a pre-tax payroll deduction.

Vision -- Non-Union Employees

Union Pacific provides vision coverage for employees and their families. The plan includes Eye Exams, as well as discounted frames and lenses.

Union Employees

Union employee dental and vision benefits are determined though collective bargaining agreements and are unique to each respective union and operating area.
