Union Pacific Distribution Services
When you join Union Pacific Distribution Services (UPDS), you're joining a logistics operating company that’s a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Pacific. Our job is to deliver goods from trains to our customers – or to wherever our customers request. We provide seamless, door-to-door shipment of bulk commodities, industrial products and merchandise freight. We also provide full-service truck brokerage to complement the rail services.
UPDS is made up of six distinct groups: carrier services, finance, intermodal, logistics, technology, transload services. When you join one of our teams, you'll spend several weeks in training. You'll eventually work in finance, marketing or operations. Your career path might lead you to more opportunities within UPDS or to another area of Union Pacific.
We're looking for college graduates with degrees in business, transportation or a logistics-related discipline. We need good communicators and problem solvers, with leadership potential, who can organize their work and their time.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. We need people who are looking for something more challenging than a typical 8 to 5 Monday through Friday job. If you work at UPDS, you'll be doing critical rewarding work that will often call for unusual shifts, including weekends.
If You Are Offered a Job

You must also be able to prove that you are a U.S. citizen or that you are authorized to work in the United States.
